The self, seen back.
A held session, live. Your chart isn't read at you, and you aren't explained to yourself. What you say is labeled, mirrored back, and met with calibrated questions until you're the one saying the thing. Emotional midwifery: the work is yours; the room is kept steady while you do it.
What arrives
One session of 60 minutes, by video or by phone. You choose when you book. A written summary of what surfaced, sent within five business days, your words, not an interpretation of them. And a recording if you want one; some people do, some people find it changes how they speak.
Most people book this after an assessment, because an assessment can land harder than expected and reading it alone is not the same as metabolising it. But you can book it on its own.
How it goes
- You take a slot.A small number are held each week, on purpose.
- You say what you're bringing. Two or three sentences. Not a history, just where the pressure is.
- We sit.You talk. What you say is labeled, mirrored, and met with questions. There is no agenda being steered toward.
- The summary comes. What surfaced, in your language, so it doesn't evaporate by Thursday.
What it isn't
- Not therapy, not counselling, not treatment, and not a substitute for any of them.
- Not a reading. No placements are interpreted at you in this hour.
- Not advice. Nobody is told what to do; the hour exists to let you hear what you already said.
- Not open-ended. One session, fixed length. If you're in crisis, please call someone equipped for crisis. Help finding them is available here, but this isn't that.
A small number of sessions each week. When they're gone, they're gone until the following week. Sessions are governed by the Session Agreement.
